Gay Twitter Roundup: The Hot CEO Killer, Spotify Wrapped, and the Historical Impact of 'Glee'

Horny for the health insurance CEO killer

In the most unexpected twist of this year, the man who shot and killed a health insurance CEO has so far evaded the police and, in possible surveillance footage, has been revealed to be very hot. Of course, X (formerly Twitter) has been very creative in expressing their thirst for this daring man. In fact, the thirst has gone so far as to inspire a lookalikes competition that may or may not have been organized by the FBI.

Contestants arrived in full costume to match the footage the police released of the shooter, and we're sure that many of them won't be leaving alone...

Spotify Wrapped

In the time-honored holiday tradition, Spotify dropped their depictions of our year-long listening data, their playful evaluations of our music taste exposing us more than a music-playing app should. In this year's brightly colored "graphic design is my passion" proclamations, Spotify came up with a very creative new way to call us all gay. (We've shared a whole lot more of these "Pink Pilates Princess" tweets in a roundup of its own here if you'd like to see more of them.)

Ariana Grande's left side, "Glee" up in the charts... that's history!

One thing about us, wherever we are in the world, and whatever is going on around us, queer people simply cannot stop making history! We are beyond ready for the personal, cultural, and sexual impact of seeing Daniel Craig on screen in "Queer." One thing we hate to see is that the impact of the iconic musical teen comedy "Glee" world is not being passed down to the younger generations as it should be. In its glory days, we could not escape the show's impact on the charts; the unforgettable covers going triple-platinum on the radio and on our iPods... Open the schools!! It's so important that the kids of today know their pop culture history.

We must continue to honor the shaping of queer history herself

From Brooke Dubek playing Glinda to Catherine Zeta-Jones' "Chicago" bob, queer history is so important.

Before we wrap things up, we present to you: a reminder of this insane Harry Styles photo, as well as the mean gays taking their TikTok dancing bit IRL, live on stage. We'll be thinking about "I literally got my license revoked" for a long time.
