Frank Ocean's Blonded brand is set to host a queer club night called PrEP+, so named for the HIV prevention drugs, and to imagine what the 80s would have been like if PrEP had existed then.

Rolling Stone reports: "The event is described as 'an homage to what could have been of the 1980s' NYC club scene if the drug PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) — which can be taken daily to prevent HIV/AIDs for those who are not infected but are at high risk — had been invented in that era.'"

The event will have a strict no photography and no harassment policy, according to Pitchfork. The house rules are as follows:

"No photos or videos are allowed

Consent is mandatory

Zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism or any form of discrimination

The dance floor is for dancing"

PrEP+ is to be a highly exclusive event, with ticket links already having been sent out. The venue and further information is set to release tonight to ticketholders ahead of the event. The event poster, released alongside the house rules in a press release, was published by Pitchfork.

If you don't already have information about the time/place of tonight's first PrEP+, you're probably not cool enough to find out... But hey, neither are we.
