Welcome to EDGE's New Music Friday, our guide to the best singles and albums released every week! This week brings us a number of collaborations, including new songs from Jessy Nelson and Nicki Minaj, Arca and Sia, Kylie Minogue and Years and Years, as well as singles from Kelis, RuPaul and more!

Jessy Nelson - "Boyz" feat. Nicki Minaj

Singer Jessy Nelson is releasing her first solo song since leaving the popular British girl group Little Mix last year. "Boyz" is a 2000s throwback as it heavily samples P. Diddy's 2001 single "Bad Boy for Life." The addictive bop also features a verse from the queen of rap herself Nicki Minaj, giving the track a dash of 2010s pop as well.

Kylie Minogue, Years & Years - "A Second to Midnight"

Kylie Minogue announced this week that her 2020 album "DISCO" will be getting reissued next month and that the album will come with a "Guest List" edition, which features Kylie teaming up with a number of artists. The first taste of that project comes with the glittery "A Second to Midnight," featuring Years & Years — the solo project of "It's A Sin" star Olly Alexander.

Arca, Sia - "Born Yesterday"

After releasing a new song called "Incedio" last week, Arca is already back with a brand new track, this time featuring a major pop star. "Born Yesterday" features vocals from Sia over the out Venezuelan musicians's twisted beats. Arca is no stranger to collaborating with major musicians (she's previously worked with Björk, Kanye West and FKA twigs) and "Born Yesterday" is an interesting take on what to do with Sia's vocals.

Kelis - "Midnight Snacks"

If her "Milkshake" brought you to the yard, then you might want to try Kelis's "Midnight Snacks." Kelis is finally back! Produced by Fanatix, "Midnight Snacks" is the singer's first new song since 2014 and it is worth the long wait. The new song is a R&B banger that's cool, confident and sexy; it's like Kelis has never left!

RuPaul - "Blame it on the Edit"

Who doesn't love a new RuPaul bop? The drag superstar releases "Blame it on the Edit," a playful and shady song that calls out past "Drag Race" queens who blame their naught behavior on producers — or getting a "bad edit." "She wanna blame it on the edit, you the one who said it," Ru raps. "Go'on and take the credit, bitch. You the one who said It, bitch. How you gon' regret it? Blame it on the edit, blame it on the edit."

Pinkpantherss - "I must apologise"

TikTok sensation Pinkpantherss releases another new song this week; the addictive "I must apologise." Similar to her breakout hit "just for me," her new song is full of house synths and rapid jungle drums. It only clocks in at one minute and 48 seconds, but "I must apologise" packs a powerful punch and will have you heading to the nearest rave.

Big Thief - "Change"

Indie rock band Big Thief share their fourth single of the year with "Change," which will appear on their upcoming album due out early next year. It's another wonderful song; a warm as lead singer Adrianne Lenker's glides over acoustic guitar.
