Sam Smith is announcing details for their third album.

Taking to Twitter, the British crooner revealed that the title of the LP is "To Die For" and is out on May 1.

"I'm more proud of this album than anything I've ever done. I've really set myself free the last two years whilst writing this & I hope you can dance and relate to these stories. It's all for you, always xx," Smith wrote.

The tweet also included a photo that is likely the cover of the album, which features the "Latch" singer's face with a number of different hands surrounding them.

The album shares the name of Smith's new single, which will be released Friday. The album consists of previously released songs "Dancing with a Stranger" and "How Do You Sleep?"

"To Die For" marks Smith's first album since their sophomore effort "The Thrill of It All," which dropped in 2017. In between the release of the music, Smith has come out as non-binary, revealing they prefer using they/them pronouns.
